PLAY STYLE

Team Up With Game World
Player vs Game World

Play involves exploring a world made entirely out of bits of paper. Like paper, you can fold it, bend it, spin it, twist it and even tear it to overcome obstacles and find your way around. As you progress you meet and talk to the people in your village and learn their stories. Some of them need help, which usually involves working out how your paper-folding ability can be put to good use.

It's a beautiful, charming world that offers a calm, relaxing space in which to discover the coming-of-age narrative. The puzzles provide some challenge and ingenuity that can take time to figure out but are always satisfying.

The result is a devilishly tricky adventure that introduces Paige to a unique cast of characters, each with their own stories and view of the wider world. From untouched deep dark caves to the tallest treetops buffeted by rain, it's a game that invites exploration.

Set time limits

Set screen time boundaries to get your child moving regularly and to give their eyes a break. Find options available through parental controls available on the console or in-game.

Manage online interactions

Multiplayer games can pose additional contact risks from both people the child knows and doesn't know, commonly in the form of bullying or hate. Talk about what positive behaviour looks like and review in-game settings and console parental controls to keep them safe.
